Do I need an appointment?

Yes, we offer our bride's exclusive appointments where they have the entire boutique to themselves and their guests. We want our brides to have the most memorable special experience here with us.

How many guests can I bring?

Yourself and three guests are welcome to attend your appointment. It’s all about the bride -too many opinions can be conflicting and overwhelming, so we suggest a maximum of three. Once you have chosen your dress you are more than welcome to book a date to bring more of your chosen party to see the dress before the big day.

When is the best time to book an appointment at The Ivory Lounge?

Every bride is different and this is very personal to you, but we would advise to book your appointment 10-12 months prior to your wedding. This gives you time to find your dream dress. Dresses are arriving in store around 4-6 months after they have been ordered and will require alterations. If your wedding is in the next few months don't panic - we still have options, we can offer a rush order or we have ready to go gowns available.

What is your price range?

Our gown price from £400 - £3000. Our Kelsey Rose Separates start from £219.

What sizes do you stock?

Our dresses here at The Ivory Lounge range from UK size 10 -16. Depending on which designer the gowns can be ordered in sizes 6 – 30. Keep in mind bridal sizes do tend to differ slightly to high street sizing.

What should I wear to my appointment?

We recommend wearing nude seamless underwear but it is entirely up to you and we want you to be comfortable. We ask brides to wear minimal makeup and fake tan is not to be worn to protect the gowns.
